Product Warranty

Drake Trailers Pty. Ltd. of 19 Formation Street, Wacol, QLD 4076 hereinafter called Drake, warrants products manufactured by itself to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service, exclusive of normal wear, for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of sale by Drake to its customer.

EXCLUSIONS
The warranty is valid for the first purchaser only and not with regard to products which:

• Are incorrectly installed or fitted.
• Are not installed or fitted in accordance with Drake fitting instructions.
• Are subject to misuse and abuse, negligence, alteration or accident.
• Are repaired or altered by anyone other than a Drake approved repairer in such a way as to adversely affect the products performance.
• Are repaired using other than genuine Drake repair parts.
• Drake's sole obligation under this warranty is to repair or replace at its option, any unit or part, which returned to Drake all freight charges being prepaid and which by examination shall disclose to Drake's satisfaction to have been defective. Drake shall not accept any charges for repair work unless authorised in writing.
• Drake makes no warranty of suitability or fitness of any of its products for any particular purpose.
• Drake shall not be liable for any consequential loss or damage including vehicle downtime, cargo loss howsoever arising which may result from defect or failure of its product.
